Local Responsibility: ACG Accents’ Engagement for Employees and Society 


At ACG Accent, we prioritise social responsibility by ensuring a secure and enriching work environment, whilst contributing to local community development. We participate in initiatives promoting equality and a positive community impact, and encourage an ethical business culture.  We strive for good working standards througout our value chain and promote diversity and skill utilisation. Additionally, we maintain a whistleblowing system enabling anonymous reporting of violations of our Code of Conduct, with protection against retaliation.

  • Minimum one safety observation per employee yearly
  • Absence due to illness below 4 %
  • An equal company where diversity is highy valued 
  • Equal gender distribution among all leaders, including management team


Global Responsibility: ACG Accents’ Actions for Fair Working Conditions and Sustainable Supply Chains


To us, social responsibility means providing good working conditions, fair compensation, and promoting positive community impact buy respecting human rights and working against corruption, which extends to our suppliers. Through our Supplier Code of Conduct, which aligns with United Nations’ Compact, and includes environmental specific requirements, we ensure our suppliers meet these standards. We actively monitor and verify compliance with these requirements, including establishing agreements with direct suppliers for effective follow-up.

  • Increase the number of supplier assessments up to 100 % at level 2 and 3 by 2029/30 at the latest
