Our Story

The history of ACG Accent

ACG Accent is a part of the ACG Group AB. Since 1961 it is run by Reimar Westerlind and his family. From the very beginning, the parent company has worked with clothing equipment. Over the years, the ACG Group AB has advanced into a number of different companies, each with their own specializations.

Textile branding right from the start

The label division, which later would become ACG Accent, was founded 35 years ago as a section within ACG Nyström AB, with textile product labeling in focus right from the beginning. Having grown steadily since its origin, ACG Accent AB was formed in 1991 as a wholly owned subsidiary of ACG Group. In the spring of 2010 the entire fleet of shuttle manufacture of Stema Special Touch was acquired. This meant a substantial business expansion. Today ACG Accent has 55 employees and a turnover of around SEK 85 million.

Today we are world-leaders in heat transfer research. Through successful problem solving of our customers, often very complex missions, we have formed many long-term relationships.
